Grilled Kobe Beef
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2
Directions:
Season the Beef heavily with salt and pepper. Roast in a pan for 6 minutes on each side, while constantly basting with butter. Till mid-rare.
Toast the bread in an oven for 5 minutes. Place the bread in a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Slice the steak and place it over the top of the bread salad.
Ingredients:
12 oz Kobe Beef Strip
4 oz Butter
4 oz Sourdough Bread diced
1 oz Red Onion sliced
1 oz Cucumber sliced
2 oz Ripe Tomato sliced
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I want you to know that we love your show, my whole family and I are trying your recipes together, but for those of us that are not chefs when your recipe asks for us to do things like toast bread in the oven we need to know how hot the oven should be.

425-450 for 5 mins should get the job done.
