Prep Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 2

Directions:

Boil a pot of salted water. Remove the raw lobster from the shell. Heat a saute pan with oil. Add the garlic, lightly brown and add the lobster and kale. Deglaze with white wine and add the lobster stock and tomatoes. Place the pasta in the boiling water. Cook the lobster broth down by 1/2. Add the pasta & season with S&P.

Ingredients:

1 Lobster
1 oz Garlic sliced
4 Orange Tomatoes sliced
4 oz Kale sliced
6 oz Lobster Stock
6 oz Fresh Spagatini
1 oz White Wine
S&P
