Prep Time: one hour

Serves: more than 10

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°. Make short dough recipe. Line tartlet pans. Pre-bake tartlet for about 5-10 minutes until just brown.

In a mixing bowl, combine the karo syrup, eggs, sugar, vanilla and butter. Blend until sugar is dissolved. Add chopped nuts. Fill tartlets and bake until set, about 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick/knife comes out clean.

Ingredients:

1 cup Karo Syrup
3 eggs
1/2 cup plus about 2 tbsp Sugar
1/3 cup Butter, melted
1 cup Chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 short dough recipe
