Carrot and Pear Salad
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 1
Directions:
Mix mirin, water and shoyu. Place in a pan with John Dory fish. Poach for 4-5 minutes. In a separate pot mix sweet white miso, grated ginger, and 1/4 cup water. Heat on low for 2-3 minutes. Place poached fish on a plate. Spread miso on top of fish, garnish with sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
2 pieces John Dory Fish
1/4 cup mirin
1 cup water
1/4 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
2 tbsp. sweet white miso
1 inch grated ginger
Black and Tan Sesame Seeds (lightly toasted)
