Marinate prawn with tangerine, olive oil and mint.
Marinate radish in vinegar.
Skewer prawn, radish, and scallion.

1 Slice of Radish
1 oz. Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tangerine
1 Scallion End, grilled
1 tsp. olive oil
1 Mint leaf, chiffonade
Salt and Pepper to taste
