Dear Top Chef,
This sounds like a great idea but coffee is not listed as an ingredient and the directions do not mention coffee either. Since the name has coffee in it, was this an accidental oversight or am I missing something? I'd like to try this for a dinner party I am having this weekend and I appreciate your help.
Thanks so much,
Linda

I read Linda's comment and was wondering the same thing. Where is your response? I'm also curious as to what type of BBQ sauce he reommends with tis, as there are numerous ones to pick from. Your photo shows the wing as a drummette, but also no mention of that in the recipe.

Was there supposed to be a separate recipe for the sauce?

Ummm you just gave the most basic recipe for BBQ Wings. Coat wings and cook them, then spread plain BBQ sauce on the wings. Who could'nt tell you that or even make that without instructions? The recipe is BBQ Coffee Wings. Where's the recipe for the BBQ-coffee?
