Beef Sliders
Beef Sliders
Prep Time: 50 minutes
Serves: 8-10
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine beef, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; mix well. Form into miniature burger patties. In a saute pan, saute onions. In another pan, sear patties on both sides and finish in oven. Add cheese until melted. Assemble burgers with lettuce and pickles.
Ingredients:
4 lbs ground beef
1 cup Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 white onion, sliced
American cheese
2 heads of lettuce
1/2 jar pickles

I read an article in my local paper, the St. Petersburg Times in FL,that sliders are coming back big time. They were very popular when I was young. My Dad got them for us at a place called the White Castle, and the Little Tavern, he bought them by the bag fulls. I sure would have liked to have taken a bite of one of your's.
