Thai Mango Sticky Rice with Toasted Coconut

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4

Directions:

Boil all ingredients except toasted coconut flakes and simmer. Reduce until thick. When done, add toasted coconut flakes.

Ingredients:

1 cup sticky rice, cooked with coconut milk
1/2 cup pastry cream/coconut
5 slices mango-bruleed
1 cup ido milk
Sugar to taste
Toasted coconut flakes

Is this the correct way to make this recipe or will it come out the way Lisa made it in the episode because frankly, I don't trust any recipes that come from her. Every time she is part of the bottom dishes, she doesn't take the criticism well and has been told SEVERAL times her dishes are bland--so why bother putting any of her recipes on the website??
