Asian BBQ Duck Pizza

Asian BBQ Duck Pizza
Prep Time: one hour
Serves: 4-5
Directions:
Barbecue Sauce:
Place all ingredients in pot and boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and remove.
Duck:
Render skin from duck breasts. Roast duck to medium-rare and let rest. Slice duck very thin.
Vegetables:
Sauté vegetables in sesame oil. Once cool, add barbecue sauce, cilantro (reserve some for topping) and cheddar.
Bake crust at 550 degrees until golden. Add vegetable mixture and duck slices. Bake 5 to 10 minutes. Top with more cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
Barbecue Sauce:
1/2 cup sweet soy
1/4 cup ketchup
1t ginger on micro plane
2 oranges, juiced, zested
1/2 clove garlic, juiced
1t sriracha sauce
Duck:
2 roasted duck breasts
Vegetables:
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1/2 head Napa cabbage, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
Drizzle of sesame oil
1/2 bunch cilantro, chiffonade
1 cup mild cheddar
Pizza crust
Garnish:
Toasted sesame seeds
