Sirloin Steak, Turnips, Mushrooms, Peaches, Butter

Prep Time: 45 minutes

Serves: 1

Directions:

Puree peach and mix with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter to make peach butter. Boil turnip until tender then puree with 1 tablespoon butter. In saute pan, saute mushrooms in remaining butter until golden brown; set aside. It same saute pan, sear sirloin to desired doneness.

Ingredients:

1 peach
3 1/2T butter
1 sirloin
1 turnip, diced
1/4 lb Hen of the wood mushrooms
