B'Ness Time Salad

Prep Time: one hour

Serves: 4

Directions:

Salad:
In large bowl, mix together all ingredients.

Candied Pecans:
Mix all dry ingredients with egg whites thoroughly then wrap around pecans and bake at 200 degrees for one hour. Add to salad.

Ingredients:

Salad:
1/2 lb baby spinach
1/2 cup goat cheese
Small bag red grapes
Small bag green grapes
2 shallots, shaved
Drizzle of sherry vinegar
Drizzle of olive oil
Pinch cumin
Pinch garam masala
Salt and pepper to taste

Candied Pecans:
2 egg whites
1T garam masala
1t cinnamon
2t brown sugar
2t fine salt
1t ground black pepper
1/2 lb pecans
