Sausage & Peppers, Grilled Shrimp with Hot Sauce & Spiced Cider
Prep Time: 45 minutes
Serves: more than 8
Directions:
Sausage & Peppers:
Saute peppers in stock for 5 minutes then add onions until both are soft and add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Grill sausage.
Grilled Shrimp with Hot Sauce:
Marinate shrimp in hot sauce and grill.
To Serve:
Serve sausage, peppers and shrimp with spiced cider.
Ingredients:
Sausage & Peppers:
4 red bell peppers, julienned
2 cups chicken stock
2 large white Spanish onions, sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bunch parsley
2T salt and pepper
2 1/2 lbs sweet Italian link sausage
Grilled Shrimp with Hot Sauce:
2 lbs shrimp
1 oz hot sauce
