Sausage Pizza & Flatbread
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6
Directions:
Brush flatbread with extra-virgin olive oil then spread mozzarella/fontina mixture on top. Add bacon and sausage and cook at 500 degrees for 7 minutes. Garnish with chives.
Ingredients:
Small flabread
Extra-virgin olive oil for brushing
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded imported fontina
1/4 lb crispy bacon
1/4 lb sausage
Garnish:
Fresh chives, diced
